6 of 11 missing Egyptian exchange students now in custody

According to news reports, 6 of the 11 Egyptian exchange students who failed to show up for their college program are now in custody after three additional students were arrested Thursday. Previously one was arrested in Minneapolis and two turned themselves in when they heard on the news that the were being sought for immigration violations.

On Wednesday, Chicago police detained one student at O'Hare International Airport as he was attempting to book a flight to Montana. That student was causing a disturbance at the ticket counter and was trying to fly from Chicago to Bozeman, Montana, on a ticket issue for a New York to Bozeman.

When the Delta ticket agent ran the ticket, she discovered that the traveler was really one of the missing Egyptian exchange students. The student was taken into custody for immigration violations with no further problems. Source: CBS Channel 2 News

The FBI maintains that none of the missing Egyptians pose a threat or are considered dangerous. But, who really knows except for them and any terror organizations out there they may or may not be affiliated with.

So far, the missing students pictures and names have remained unmentioned by the media. However they did appear in the Canadian Free Press, 'Have you seen these men?' and Northeast Intelligence Network. Northeast Intelligence Network also posted a copy of a FBI BOLO regarding the missing Egyptians. The following is an excerpt of that BOLO:

The eleven students were part of an original group of 20 students attending the summer program at the identified U.S. University in Montana through an exchange program with Mansoura University in Alexandria, Egypt. Of the 20 applicants, three students were denied a U.S. visa, (this is new to me) and six students reported to the indentified U.S. University during the period of 30 July 2006 through 31 July 2006. All seventeen students were passengers aboard Egypt Airlines Flight 985, and entered the United States at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, New York, on 29 July 2006.

You may view the FBI BOLO at Northeast Intelligence Network. The authenticity of the FBI BOLO has not yet been verified. But, after dealing with Northeast Intelligence Network for the past couple years, they have been accurate.

This case has some strange going on and I have not been able to put my finger on it. The FBI is continuously downplaying the event and has been particularly distant with releasing information. Either the FBI does not know anything, or, there is an ongoing situation that we are not supposed to be privy to.
