According to a World Net daily article, Al-Qaeda has already obtained nuclear suitcase weapons from the Russian black market. Experts believe that weapons were tested in Afghanistan in 2000, and they may have already been forward-deployed inside the U.S., according to the only journalist to interview Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri in the wake of Sept. 11.
