The art of war teaches us to rely not on the likelihood of the enemy's not coming, but on our own readiness to receive him; not on the chance of his not attacking, but rather on the fact that we have made our position unassailable. ~ Sun Tzu on the art of War

Ahmadinejad says letter was invitation to Islam
Bos'un comments: Well, Madeline "Not so Bright" you may have showed your ignorance again. IF the following article from IRNA is true, you and the rest of the jackass lefti liberals of the past administration are partly to blame for what is happening in current events today. We will have to see who else weighs in the the letter from President Ahmadinejad to President Bush. Could it be that when, "Emir" Ahmadinejad said that the letter actually contained a clear message of invitation to human beliefs, adding that its response will determine the future that the "Emir" was extending da'wa (invitation to Islam) before he can make jihad against the infidels. From what I understand, if the infidels refuse, then the "Emir" may declare jihad legally according to sha'ria. The letter sounded very arrogant.
The following article was obtained from Islamic Republic News Agency:
President says his letter to President Bush was invitation to Islam
Jakarta, May 11, IRNA - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Thursday that his letter to President George W. Bush did not concern the nuclear dossier, but rather was an invitation to Islam and the prophets culture. He made the above remarks in reply to a reporter while attending press conference on his letter to President Bush in Jakarta in the afternoon of the third day of his stay in Jakarta. "The letter was an invitation to monotheism and justice, which are common to all divine prophets. If the call is responded positively, there will be no more problems to be solved," added the president. For the rest of the article: Ahmadinejad

What are you trying to say in your blog? That 'WE' are the enemy? Are you against Islam?
You visited Rumors of War and left a comment. Your comment was:
“What are you trying to say in your blog? That 'WE' are the enemy? Are you against Islam? "
First of all, we are not against Islam; only radicalized fanatic Ahmadinejad and Isalmofacists who do not allow others the right to exist (Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Jew, and other religions)
The commentary on Rumors of War was about a newspaper article that discussed Ahmadinejad's letter to Bush.
The beginning commentary was in response to Madeline Albright's naive comments and apparent lack of understanding about Ahmadinejad's condescending letter.
After visiting your blog, we realize that you embrace moderate views like about 90% of your religion.
From your prospective, did "Emir" Ahmadinejad extend a da'wa (invitation to Islam)? Will he make jihad against the infidels if President Bush refuses? From your prospective, what is the meaning of his letter?
What should the world community do about Muslims like Ahmadinejad? Is he any different from bin Laden, Zawahiri, Zarqawi, et al?
Let me remind you that many of our young military personnel have died in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries of the moderate Islamic cause to help ensuring freedom to the Muslims. America will continue to be a pillar of support for your faith. We did not come in Crusade to conquere only to help liberate and ensure freedom.
Respectfully,
Bos'un
Seems logical to me. Good Post. Good Remarks.
